UW Medicine Telehealth has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Manager, eConsult, UW Medicine. This individual will be responsible for eConsult program operations, reporting, eConsult workgroup facilitation, as well as leading new product design, development, and deployment. These responsible will include: eConsult reimbursement administrative management, day-to-day eConsult operations coordination, relationship management, program growth/strategy, new process development, existing process improvement.
UW Medicine Telehealth supports the UW Medicine mission—to improve the health of the public—by providing telehealth and telemedicine services for medical education and specialized clinical care, particularly in rural and underserved communities in the Pacific Northwest and greater WWAMI region (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho).
eConsult is a referral and consult model that is being actively implemented at both academic and non-academic medical centers across the nation. At UW Medicine, eConsults are leveraged as a sustainable strategy to maintain the highest quality of patient care and healthcare outcomes, increase patient and provider satisfaction, and reduce systemic healthcare costs.
The Telehealth Program Manager for eConsult will be responsible for successful operational management, product growth and development, and evaluation as well as other programmatic strategies that improve patient access, increase capacity for specialty care and advance the knowledge and skills of healthcare providers.

Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications or related field. Experience working in an academic health system. Clinical background or licensure. Telehealth experience. Experience working within a complex health system.
