The Michael G. Foster School of Business currently has an outstanding opportunity for a PROGRAM OPERATIONS SPECIALIST.
This position works closely with the Senior Associate Director to plan, execute and manage the Consulting and Business Development Center's student consulting projects, student scholarship recipients’ projects, the Board Fellows program and business seminars for the center. The center’s core programs have undergraduate and MBA students work on consulting projects with small businesses in diverse, under-served communities and with other small businesses and non-profit organizations in Washington State. This position will oversee the daily program management of these projects representing the center with a wide variety of students, faculty, business owners, CEO’s and civic leaders. This is a detail-oriented position and requires someone capable of multi-tasking and the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and continually improve program design and delivery. They must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals.

Responsibilities:
The person hired for this position will have lead responsibilities for a number of programs. The lead responsibilities change from time to time given changes in the center's priorities and workload among other program managers. Typically this position has lead responsibilities for business education programs offered in Seattle, summer internship programs for undergraduate students offered across Washington, scholarship programs for students, consulting competitions for undergraduate and MBA students.
