UW Library has an outstanding opportunity for a Public Services and Collection Maintenance Technician.

Providing services to three campuses, the UW Libraries also plays a significant leadership role regionally and throughout the profession. The UW Libraries has an outstanding opportunity for a Public Services and Collection Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for collection maintenance functions for Suzzallo/Allen and Government Publications collections including identifying materials for repair and preparing items for binding; provides circulation services at the public services desk and receiving room; and shares responsibility for processing incoming new, rebound, remarked, rushed, and transferred items Suzzallo/Allen, Government Publications, Reference and Folio collections.
Regular schedule during the academic year is Sunday - Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Schedule may vary according to the service needs and building hours. May be scheduled days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Schedule may vary during interim and summer quarter
