ABOUT THIS POSITION:
We are seeking an experienced PER DIEM REGISTERED NURSE to join UW Medicine's Diabetes Care Center (DCC). The Diabetes Care Center provides an interdisciplinary support system for patients with diabetes, including, but not limited to the realms of medicine, nutrition, and psycho-social interactions. Our providers include specialists in the treatment of diabetic nerve and kidney problems, evaluation and treatment of heart and vascular disease, the management of diabetes during and after surgery, and the use of intensive insulin therapy, including insulin infusion pumps. The DCC also serves as an education and resource center for diabetic patients and their families, the community, and UW staff.

The Per Diem RN will work 8 hour shifts (day shift only) at a Monday-Friday clinic. This is a no weekends, no holidays position.
