The UW Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery prides itself in offering compassionate, state of the art patient care alongside comprehensive teaching, training and research in the broad areas of disorders affecting the organs of communication.
Our faculty practice at the region’s top facilities, including the UW Medical Center, UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Clinic and Seattle Children’s Hospital. Our researchers are exploring and investigating a wide variety of topics, including molecular and genetic profiles of oral cavity cancer, and vascular and lymphatic malformations. And our staff, residents, fellows and friends are committed to carrying out our mission to provide excellence and leadership in all aspects of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
The UW Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Research Scientist/Engineer 2. The employee will work with an inner ear biologist studying damage and regeneration of inner ear sensory hair cells in perinatal and adult mice.
