UW Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Line Administrator (SLA) of Oncology Services. Reporting to the Chief Health System Officer of UW Medicine (UWM), you will be responsible for the successful development, growth, and strategic integration of the Oncology Services across UWM. The Oncology SLA will identify and report on key Service Line targets and metrics. Be accountable for providing both operational and administrative leadership and oversight. Provide administrative and strategic direction while mentoring and developing leaders and staff.
Operational Oversight: Ambulatory Sites at UWMC-Montlake and UWMC-Northwest.
Coordinated Oversight: Inpatient Units at HMC, UWMC-Montlake, UWMC-Northwest. Ambulatory Sites at HMC, VMC, and close coordination with the SCCA.
Administrative Leadership: Ensure the development and implementation of the Service Line strategic vision, strategic plan, and associated business plans in partnership UWM and SCCA clinical and administrative leadership.
Strategic Program Planning & Implementation: Lead and facilitate the approved UWM/SCCA Strategic Plan related to Oncology Services and the UW Medicine Patients Are First goals in these areas. Collaborate as the key liaison with UW Medicine entities, SCCA, Strategic Partners, and other affiliated parties. Partner with UWM Strategic Marketing & Communications and UWM Strategic Outreach departments to complete new program development/expansion plans and to coordinate marketing and physician outreach in messaging campaigns.
The Oncology SLA works closely with the Medical Director of the Oncology Services and the UWM Executive Directors to ensure service line strategic goals and targets are met and all sites meet UWM standards.
