WSU Everett seeks applicants for the Associate Director of Student Services to coordinate and collaborate with all Student Services and retention initiatives after students have confirmed their admission to WSU Everett.
The Associate Director of Student Services will provide leadership for Student Services Staff (recruitment, registrar and academic coordinators), as it relates to student success and retention; plan develop, manage and administer retention programs, strategies and initiatives. This position will be responsible for the creation of Student Services budget and the determination of Student Services funding priorities; establish and implement short-and long-range organizational goals and represent the Everett campus as the senior student affairs leader internally, externally, and within the WSU system.
