Washington State University Everett seeks a full-time Maintenance Mechanic 2 to perform semi-skilled work in the maintenance, repair, remodeling, alterations and construction of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Position will perform general maintenance on building interiors, exteriors, and grounds. Coordinate and work with other trades and crafts in support of new or remodel construction. Maintain campus grounds/landscape, including lawn mowing and maintenance of grounds and equipment.
Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Painting, or HVAC/Control repair fields of work and ground/landscaping is preferred.
High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction, or repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.
This position has been designated by the department to require a background check
$53,100– $61,632
