The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will organize and prioritize critical issues and required information to support the CEO. The Executive Assistant must develop a deep understanding of the work of the YWCA alongside supporting the CEO's work with the YWCA Board in a manner that advances the organization's mission and goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree
- Ten+ years of administrative support experience in an executive-level position plus at least five years within a senior administrative capacity partnering with a CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required.
- Experienced with multiple virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) both as a user and meeting facilitator.
- Experience in non-profit field is preferred.
